Parking in Ortigia & Traffic Restricted Zone (!We are not a parking but an apartment for rent!)
Talia Ortigia Apartment
Ortigia is a small island of 1 km square easily accessible by foot: the access to cars is regulated by the ZTL (restricted traffic area) in force on particular days and hours of the week.
Guests at Talia Ortigia Apartment are always allowed to pass through the ZTL. area. This authorization is not valid for the reserved lane before the entrance bridge. Guests must therefore use the left-hand lane EXCLUSIVELY.
Talia Ortigia Apartment can therefore be reached by car even when the ZTL is in force, and it is possible to park very near in the car park P1 "PORTA MARINA" , 1,50 euros per hour or 20,00 euros (21,90 with the APP EasyPark) per 24h. Or you can choose among the various solutions (P1-P8) and then reach the apartment.
General rules for parking: Yellow stripes: only for residents. White stripes: free parking Blu stripes: 1,50 euro per hour Municipal parking lots TALETE and MOLO SANT'ANTONIO: - daily: 15 euros per day. - weekly subscription: 50 euros for 1 week. - monthly subscription: 90 euros for 1 month. ZTL always accessible to the Guests at Talia Ortigia Apartment.
It is the nearest to the apartment but it has few spaces. The cost is 1,50 per hour, there is a machine to pre-pay. It's possible to buy a ticket valid for 24h at the rate of 21,90 euros with the App EasyPark (or 20 € if you can buy the ticket at the box* of the other parking P2 "Marina" just a few meters before). If you don't find a space don't worry, normally in 10-20 minutes they will be free being parking used mainly for hours use. *PLEASE NOTE: the staff at the box is present only at certain times, which vary depending on the season and day of the week.

It is possible to purchase two types of season tickets for the municipal parking lots TALETE and MOLO SANT'ANTONIO. - weekly euro 50.00 - monthly: euro 90.00
To purchase them, you must log on to muoviamoci.siracusa.it or download the Muoviamoci app and fill out the form dedicated to TOURISTS (at the moment the website and the app are only in Italian language).
N.B. In order to purchase the season ticket, the license plate number of the car is required, so for those who rent the car just before arriving it is possible to purchase it only if in possession of this information.
